Out of Home Ad 1: Cosmos Billboard

This billboard is designed to have people see the fan having fun with the Cosmos colored background and want to be a part of it. The call to action is for people to see this and want to get tickets for the next Cosmos game, a club with a history of always having a very fun atmosphere at their games. This is to be placed in high traffic areas, major thoroughfares and such in both New York and New Jersey.

Out of Home Ad 2: Cosmos Bus Shelter

The bus shelter is designed to basically be somewhat of a Cosmos fan hub, designed to be placed in high traffic areas in both New York and New Jersey. Essentially there are two digital panels, the first one located on the outside of the shelter displays all of the upcoming Cosmos’ games. Each game has an individual QR code, allowing for interested onlookers to get tickets to a specific date and time that works for them, cutting out the middle man/deliberation, making it a lot easier to get tickets and hopefully driving up sales. The interior panel is a highlights center, playing the team’s highlights from their most recent game. What better way to spend waiting for the bus then to watch sports highlights? The strategy here is to get people who take this bus routinely to watch the team highlights every week and eventually develop a liking of the team or players or at the very least, get them interested enough to buy tickets for a game.

Instagram Ad 1: Next Champions?

This Instagram ad harkens back to the campaign title of Same Badge. New Era. This is a pennant from the 80s, the era where they were multi-time NASL champions, and each year is listed at the top. The bottom of the pennant displays a “20–” which alludes to their next championship will be soon. The caption calls out the viewer, which would be targeted at sports fans who understand the concept of bandwagons and don’t want to be branded as one. This unique opportunity of a team starting up again

Instagram Ad 2: Legendary Foundation

This Instagram ad displays an old NASL ball (the original league the Cosmos were in) with all of the signatures from their old championship team. The message is simple: endorsed by legends, which many of the original roster are considered, and that historic team is back and ready for today’s game.

Instagram Ad 3: Adopt the Badge

This ad displays multiple soccer jersey’s all from different teams, showing just how many teams you could choose to be a fan of. But the message is simple, don’t just be a fan of any team, be a fan of one with a legacy, be a fan of the Cosmos.

Instagram Ad 4: Join the Legendary Legacy

This last ad displays a pair of soccer cleats with a ball, on a starry night with the team logo as the moon. The call to action is to “lace up” for the Cosmos and attend their inaugural return match on the 14th of March.
