SAME BADGE. NEW ERA.

Who Are We?

We are one of America’s most historic soccer clubs. The New York Cosmos have had some of the best talents not only to play in the United States, but around the World with names like Pelé, Franz Beckenbauer, and Carlos Alberto, the team strived to transform American soccer forever.

The team etched their names into the history books not, once, not twice, but five times winning the NASL championships in 1972, 1977, 1978, 1980, and 1982. Every single game was sold out, the stadium rocking, halftime performances and special guests were unmatched, the Cosmos were truly the golden age of American soccer.

So What Happened?

Despite the clear success, signing all these stars came with a price. Although fans loved the cultural moment, the model was unsustainable, and the Cosmos and the NASL folded due to financial stress. The legacy of the Cosmos was thought to be ended their, and with it, the legendary stint of making American soccer something that US fans wanted to see, until now…

We’re back; don’t miss out
